Canal du Nivernais

English canal cruising is best known for narrowboat cruising on the canals of the Midlands and eastern Wales, but there are also many broad canals and rivers for wide-beam vessels, as well as 200 miles of interconnected lakes and rivers in the Norfolk Broads. The river Thames offers access to the London Ring of canals through the city and links to the countrywide canals system.

There are 120 waterways shown on this map; narrow (7 ft wide) canals are in green, broad canals are in blue, rivers are in red.

EuroCanals does not currently offer a guide for the waterways of England-Wales.
